Service Quality Officer

 

Job Information

  • Analyze non-conformities, monitor and track them to implement new quality processes.
  • Carry out internal audits.
  • Carry out customer inspections.
  • Structure action plans with various internal and external stakeholders to improve quality: make decisions.
  • Analysis and management of process quality also within suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Analysis of costs related to quality
  • Structure and consolidate quality expertise in the services team.
  • Constantly work with the central CS&Q team to ensure collaboration and alignment between Business Unit and Country
  • Interact frequently with Global Services to exchange best practices and information.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Innovation thinking
  • Excellent communication and relational skills to work in a team and with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactivity.
