Job Information

  • Be the point of reference for after-sales customers, managing their needs and requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Develop effective action plans, coordinating internal resources to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on solution progress and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize contact effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Mastery of the English languageĀ 
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and customer service, preferably in the packaging or automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships of trust with customers.
  • Teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate with different internal teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Preferably school training in mechanics / mechatronics
