Job Information

  • Organization of meetings and gatherings
  • Organization of the President’s trips, transfers and movements
  • Management of paper and electronic correspondence
  • Support for internal and external communication activities
  • Contact person for all communications to and from the President
  • Management and archiving of commercial contracts and company documentation
  • Organization and participation in corporate events and fairs where required
  • Management of expense reports
  • Preparation of ppt presentations and drafting of minutes and minutes

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English. Nice to have knowledge of a second language
  • Previous experience in general secretarial activities will be considered a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Power Point, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactivity and speed in managing activities according to priorities
  • Ability to work in a team
