Job Information
- Organization of meetings and gatherings
- Organization of the President’s trips, transfers and movements
- Management of paper and electronic correspondence
- Support for internal and external communication activities
- Contact person for all communications to and from the President
- Management and archiving of commercial contracts and company documentation
- Organization and participation in corporate events and fairs where required
- Management of expense reports
- Preparation of ppt presentations and drafting of minutes and minutes
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English. Nice to have knowledge of a second language
- Previous experience in general secretarial activities will be considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Power Point, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactivity and speed in managing activities according to priorities
- Ability to work in a team
