HR Business Partner

 

Job Information

 

  • Management of the planning of personnel needs, analyzing the data relating to the workforce and integrating them with the evaluation of the potential and performance of internal resources;
  • Competence in personnel management;
  • Planning and management of the personnel cost budget and preparation of periodic reports to provide information on the various elements characterizing the employees (gender, age, seniority, residence, skills, training, projects, evaluation…);
  • Sensitivity and basic knowledge of trade union relations;
  • Basic skills of Recruitment, Training and Development processes;
  • Support for writing and developing internal procedures and processes;
  • Support in the development of the HR digital strategy;
  • Ability to promote a corporate culture focused on innovation, team, change agility and inclusiveness;

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the role;
  • Knowledge of economics and labor costs;
  • Basic knowledge of contracts and labor law;
  • Knowledge of remuneration and incentive systems;
  • Skills on new organizational models (“agile” structure, remote and smart working…);
