Customer Management Officer

 

Job Information

 

  • Support in the management and sending of correspondence to and from the headquarters and externally (banks, group branches, trustees);
  • Support in the collection and management of signatures of those with powers;
  • Support in archiving activities (contracts, customer provisions);
  • Support in activities relating to the drafting and updating of anti-money laundering questionnaires.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
  • Excellent ability to work in a team, knowing how to relate collaboratively and effectively with different interlocutors;
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness and openness to evaluate new solutions and new challenges;
  • Resilience, determination and perseverance in pursuing assigned objectives.
